From your arrival at Siem Reap Airport to visit the temples of Angkor, discovery the unique lifestyle on Tonle Sap Lake, drive to the rice bowl of Cambodia to experience Bamboo train and local industry, journey passing through typical Cambodian landscapes of endless ricefields dotted with sugar palms, stop to see the pottery village in Kampong Chhnang, witness the only silver craftsmen village of the country in Kampong Loung Commune near Oudong Mountain, visit Phnom Penh and learn about the country’s past struggles and successes, the horrific crimes of the Khmer Rouge and spectacular side including Royal Palace, National Museum and Phno Ta Mao the biggest zoo in the country head south to Kep, the Cambodia’s most popular and prestigious beach town from the early 1900s until the 1960s, visit beautiful cave with the temple in side, visit pepper farm, salt field, famous crab market, as well as Bokor National Park in Kampot. Day 1: Arrive to Siem Reap.

Tour to the charming ruin temple of Beng Mealea, visit the famous flooded/floating village on Tonle Sap Lake of Kampong Pluk and discover one of the earliest capitals Roluos Group.
Day 5: Siem Reap to Battambang
Drive to the rice bowl of Cambodia, Battambang including silk farm at Puok district and local stone carving at Preah Net Preah district. Visit Phnom Sampov and witness millions of bat flying out from their cave.
Day 6: Battambang – tour around local attractions
8:00am, A full day tour to visit Bamboo train, old Wat, the 1907 dated house, colonial buildings and learn about rice paper production which is the highlight of the local industry of this charm of the historic riverside city. If we have time, I’ll drive you back to the town center to visit the local market. Return to your hotel.
Day 7: Battambang to Phnom Penh through typical landscapes
8:00am, Enjoy a drive to the capital city of Phnom Penh passing through typical Cambodian landscapes of endless rice fields dotted with sugar palms. En route, visit Kampong Loung floating village near Pursat, untouched by mass tourism. Learn how the locals make pottery from clay near Kampong Chhnang. And see silversmiths make copper and silver articles at Kampong Loung near Oudong. This is the only silver craft-men in Cambodia.
Day 8: Phnom Penh – Tragic legacy of the Khmer Rouge
Phnom Penh city tour first day. Learn about the story of the tragic legacy and the horrific crimes of the Khmer Rouge with visits to Toul Sleng Prison Museum (S21) and the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek. Take a look at Russian Market, one of the premier shopping destinations in Phnom Penh. Relax in a cafe bar by the riverfront.
Day 9: Phnom Penh – Silk Island and City Tour
Phnom Penh city tour second day. Visit Koh Dach, known as ‘Silk Island‘ by the foreigners to take a look at rural Cambodia on Mekong River island and learn about the silk weavers who inhabited islands. Visit Royal Palacecomplex including Silver Pagoda, the most sacred Wat in Cambodia. Visit National Museum and some other famous spots including Wat Phnom, Independence Monument, and Central Market.
Day 10: Phnom Penh to Kep or Kampot (up to you)
Visit Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Centre, the biggest zoo in Cambodia home to over 12,000 animals and the world’s largest sanctuary for sun bears. Visit Tonle Bati and see two Angkorian-style temples, Ta Prohm and Yeay Peau. You can choose either the lovely spot on the river of Kampot or the prestigious beach town of Kep.
Day 11: Tour around Kep and Kampot
Learn about the traditional organic pepper farm in Kampot, the world’s best pepper acknowledged by international chefs. Visit Kampot salt field, the only salt field in Cambodia. Wonder around a 7th-century brick temple in the cave of Phnom Chhnork. Visit butterfly farm, crab market, enjoy fresh seafood, explore old buildings and walk along Kep beach.
Day 12: Drive to Sihanoukville including Bokor National Park
Heading to our last destination, the white beach of Sihanoukville, voted as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. En route, we drive up the mountain of Phnom Bokor, the most popular national park in Cambodia, get some fresh air, get the view, as well as a unique atmosphere.
Days 13-15: Sihanoukville – 3 full-day at leisure

Returning to your Phnom Penh hotel or international airport for departure flight to next destination.
